Less than a month, and my feet will touch the strange, new land that I will call home for the next two years. My search for information about my new home has led me in a million directions, but none so telling as the blogs I have read from other posters. I've been inspired to do the same.
In the past few months, I've been preparing to leave for Daejeon, the fifth-largest city in South Korea, otherwise known as the "Silicon Valley" of Asia. I was offered a scholarship to Woosong University, to receive my Master's Degree in Business. Words can't even begin to describe the gratitude I have towards those who have made this opportunity possible, because I understand the lasting effect it will have on my career and my future.
